Get ready to have a Big Ol’ weekend of fun!

• Friday, July 12: T-Shirt Rep Day!

  2:00-5:00pm
  Indoor Picnic

  “Who Do You Represent?”
  Wear your favorite T-Shirt to the picnic!

  T-Shirt Examples:
  -Your Favorite College/University
  -NFL/NBA Team
  -High School Team
  -Favorite Sports Organization
  -Greek Sororities/Fraternities
  -Other social organizations

  Special Note: We will take a family group picture after the picnic!

• Friday, July 12: Welcome Reception
  

  7:30-11:30pm
  Hospitality Suite

  Your welcome packages and goodie bag will be available in the Hospitality Suite.  If you don’t pick up your Goodie Bag on Friday, you can pick it up on Saturday, between 10:00 am -2:00 p.m.

• Saturday, July 13: Free Day!
  

  Please feel free to explore and take part in any and all of the activities in the area.  There are amusement parks and activities less than three miles from the hotel (free trolley available).  It is hot in Texas during the month of July, please don’t forget your sunscreen if you are going to be outside for an extended amount of time.
